Payment, Shipping & Returns

PAYMENT: We accept payment via; Pay-Pal, Money Orders and IMO's (International Money Orders) No Checks. We do not accept Credit Cards at this time.

MONEY ORDERS; Please use the webstore to place your order, it will reserve the records for you and give you a total including postage. In the comments section of your order, let me know you’ll be mailing payment (if you don’t do this, I can’t hold your records). Then print out (or write) your order, put it in an envelope with a money order (no checks!) made out to RAT TOWN RECORDS and send it to the address below. We will hold you order for up to TWO WEEKS. After 2 weeks the order will go back for sale in the store. Cash is accepted at your risk, sending cash in the mail can be sketchy and I advise against it.

SHIPPING: All items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Orders ship daily. We strive to get your package to you as fast and efficiently as possible.

RAT TOWN RECORDS is not responsible for damages that occur in the shipping process. We will not take returns on "Sealed" Vinyl, CD's, or DVD's if they have been opened. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
