BURNING SONS "Reduced To Equality" 12" Ep (Mystic)

BURNING SONS came together in 2010 during a long cold winter when the members' other bands -- which include Speedfreaks and Cry Coyote -- were on hiatus. The guys would get together, drink beer, and quickly bash out blistering, metaltinged punk songs inspired by their shared love of the singles put out by `80s independent labels such as Southern California's Mystic Records and England's Clay Records. Mystic specialized in hardcore acts like Dr. Know, Suicidal Tendencies, Aggression, and Battalion Of Saints. A year after their debut E.P. `Masquerade` (also on Mystic) BURNING SONS return with a NEW 12" release, `Reduced To Equality'. It was recorded upon their return from their West Coast tour where the band coalesced into a bruising unit only formerly hinted at.
