7" EP's
ACID REFLUX "Moves" 7" (No Way) $4.49
ACID REFLUX return with their 3rd 7" EP, Moves, full of killer, catchy hardcore punk. This time they offer up 6 tunes that will have fans of early 80s Midwest hardcore foaming at the mouth. On this recording, they've gone with a more raw approach and that's definitely not a bad thing! Hardcore punk is meant to be raw, right? If you're a fan of their previous EPs, you will love this one.
BLACK FLAG "TV Party" 7" (SST) $4.99 Orange Vinyl
3 Songs. 6 band members. Limited orange vinyl with the big hole!CHRONIC SICK "Reagan Bands" 7" (No Way) $4.99
The great self-titled (aka "Reagan Bands") 7" from CHRONIC SICK, originally released in 1983 and finally reissued legitimately and with band authorization after 27 years! 3 songs of catchy, snotty, Reagan-era hardcore/punk the way it was meant to be: short, fast, and loud. The front cover art to this record is a dead give away- you need this! Wonderfully restored and remastered by Dave Eck at Lucky Lacquers. We tried hard to keep the look and sound as close to the original as we could.CITIZEN'S PATROL "Dead Children" 7" (No Way) $3.99
Holland ragers Citizen's Patrol blast through another six tracks of early-'80s inspired hardcore with demented vocals, buzzsaw guitars and drums that never seem to slow down.FY FAN "Ingen Framtid For Alltid" 7" (No Way) $4.99
Short, fast, raw swedish hardcore punk. This time around, FY FAN have decided to bring the world their most abrasive, raw, abusive output to date! It's like a swift slap in the face!GOVERNMENT WARNING "No Way Out" 7" (No Way) $3.99
Behold, here is the debut ep from Richmond VA's Government Warning. This EP contains 6 tracks of completely insane hardcore punk. Imagine Koro meets Adolescents, or Agent Orange meets FU's. Incredible lyrics belted out over furious yet catchy songs really put this over the top. Songs about going to court, American ignorance, suburban shitheads and more! What else is worth writing about?HUMAN MESS "Uncaged Animal" 7" (No Way) $3.99
Hailing from Bakersfield, CA- These punks blast out 5 tracks here on their debut ep entitled, "Uncaged Animal." That's exactly what this record is, lashing out with raw, pure, violent mayhem! To get close to what this sounds like, you could take early Poison Idea, and mix it with GERMS, and you wont be too far away. This band also shares members with CONTAMINATORS and LOSER LIFE so you know they know what they're doing here.NIGHT BIRDS "Midnight Movies" 7" (No Way) $4.49
Who'd a thought, something this good could come from such a terrible place such as the JERSEY SHORE? Believe it friends; NIGHT BIRDS are saving punk one release at a time. Their 1st 2 7"es were great, but this one takes the cake for sure. From the first listen, we knew this would be the best release we'd ever be lucky enough to put out, seriously. On side A you've got "Midnight Movies" a surfy punk tune that brings to mind ADOLESCENTS, AGENT ORANGE, and maybe DEAD KENNEDYS. A total hit from start to finish. That's why it doesn't share the side with any other songs. You'll need a second to take a breath and flip it over to where you'll find 3 short, fast, catchy hardcore songs. All perfect in every way possible. This record will tickle the fancy of every classic late 70's- early 80's Punk, Hardcore and even Surf Fan! BUY IT!NIGHT FEVER "Transparent" 7" (No Way) $4.49
Copenhagen, Denmarks "K Town Hardcore" creeps are back with a vengeance! 3 New tracks of snotty ferocious hardcore punk, Night Fever Style. If you like their "New Blood" LP, you'll definetly be into this. They haven't changed a bit, and that's a good thing! Combining elements of Classic Hardcore like RKL and POISON IDEA w/ some metallic elements ala Motorhead & Metallica with a bit of Danzig-ish vocals here and there.NITAD "Nu Borjar Minnena Komma Tillbaka" 7" (No Way) $4.99
Brand new 7" From Swedens NITAD. On this platter they have 4 great tracks of their awesome brand of Swedish Meets US Hardcore punk. Best songwriting, best recording, best art, just all around perfect. The songs are catchy but just so powerful and in your face, it's ridiculous. Incredible bass lines, incredible guitar leads, pummeling drums and furious but well sung vocals all round this record out very well. This isn't rehash hardcore punk, that's why it's so hard to describe and their so underestimated, but do yourself a favor and pick it up.REPROBATES "Stress" 7" (No Way) $3.99
Debut release from this Toronto, Canada, 5-piece hardcore punk outfit. 5 songs of strained, fucked up hardcore punk. This band has 2 guitars, which brings a lot to the table... a wall of fuking noise over top of abusive, punchy HC. This stuff brings to mind bands like NOTA, JERRY'S KIDS and even some old foreign HC like INFERNO, NO SECURITY, MOB 47, and UPRIGHT CITIZENS.THE MEATMEN "Happy Fuckin' Easter Asshole" 7" (TKO) $7.99
The legendary Meatmen return with one track pulled from the "Dead Dave Show" and two Germs covers from a forthcoming Germs tribute record. Limited to 500 copies left over from Record Store Day 2011.LP's/12"
CHRONIC SICK "Cutest Band In Hardcore" LP (No Way) $11.99
Finally legitimately reissued on vinyl for the first time in 28 years! This NJHC cult classic has been under the radar for decades and the original, limited to 300 copies on Mutha Records, now fetches up to $1500 on eBay! We've worked hard to make this look, sound, and feel as close to, if not better, than the original. 6 songs of snotty NJHC punk that crosses the lines between hardcore and almost pop punk at times, you'll see what we mean when you hear it. Not some silly new "pop punk" type stuff... just kinda in the same way that early Screeching Weasel did (pretty sure they must have listened to CHRONIC SICK). Absolutely perfect production all around, this recording has always amazed us by being so crisp, clear, and powerful. Restored and remastered by Dave Eck at Lucky Lacquers, and what a great job he did! This is a must have record, and we've worked our asses off to have it see the light of day again.DEAD BOYS "Young, Loud, And Snotty" LP (Rhino) $14.99 Young Loud And Snotty" is the first and most important album from the New York-by-way-of-Cleveland Dead Boys, which is kicked off by "Sonic Reducer," one of the best and most recognizable punk songs of its time. 10 Songs!
DI "Horse Bites, Dog Cries" LP (XXX) $13.49 White Vinyl
Second full-length studio album, which was released in 1986. Although Horse Bites Dog Cries was not a commercial success, it has gained a cult following in recent times, and has been regarded by some critics as the D.I.'s best album. Horse Bites Dog Cries was recorded at Casbah Studios in Fullerton, California in 1985 with Chaz Ramirez (of Social Distortion fame)DRY SPELL "S/T" LP (No Way) $8.99
DRY SPELL's one of Richmond, VA's hardest working Punk/HC bands at the moment, and this LP definetly shows them at their peak. Their previous 2 7"s were good, But this is EXCELLENT! Driving mid tempo punk to full on Hardcore with tune-age that immediately gets stuck in your head. The best thing really about DRY SPELL is you can't pigeon hole them into one genre of HC Punk or the other. You can hear influence from Feel the Darkness era Poison Idea, Mid Tempo parts of Jerry's Kids Is this my World and earlier, Maybe throw in some Turbonegro, some Late 70's KBD Punk and 70's Rock all at the same time. It's really for you to determine for yourself. To us the music should sell itself.FU MANCHU "Covers" LP (Fan Club) $13.99
"Career-spanning collection of the band's various hard-to-find or previously unreleased covers of tracks by Thin Lizzy, Black Flag, the Cars, Devo, the Adolescents, and many more!" 14 Bands, 14 Covers.GERMS "GI" LP (Rhino) $18.99 180 Gram Vinyl
One of the leading bands of the 70's LA punk scene, The Germs only released one studio album before the untimely death of lead singer Darby Crash at the age of 22. Equal parts Sex Pistols and Iggy pop, the band's legendary live shows bordered on chaos. "GI" was produced by Joan Jett and features sixteen tracks of unbridled garage-punk bliss. 16 Songs.LOGICAL NONSENSE "Soul Pollution" LP (Virus) $11.99
Overmodulated hardcore and sociopolitical browbeating aim a blood clot at your brain. In a scene flooded with similar messages, this kind of overstatement is the only thing left. Reissue of this long-standing New Mexico band's 2nd album (originally released in 1995 on Tee Pee Records).NIGHT FEVER "New Blood" LP (No Way) $12.99
Copenhagen, Denmark's finest! "K-town Hardcore!" Clean production and amazing vocals make this standout from the rest. Limited to only 300 copies on black vinyl with real nice screen printed chipboard jackets and oversized insert.RICHARD HELL and the VOIDOIDS "Blank Generation" LP (Rhino) $14.99
This is the way this record was meant to be heard. Richard Hell was one of the first men in the emerging NYC punk rock as an early member of both Television and the Heartbreakers (he left both groups before they could record), but his own version of punk wasn't much like anyone else. While Hell's debut album, "Blank Generation," remains one of the most powerful to come from punk's first wave, anyone expecting a Ramones/Dead Boys-style frontal assault from this set had better readjust their expectations. While there's little on the album that's friendly or life-affirming, there's a crackling intelligence to songs like "New Pleasure," "Betrayal Takes Two," and "Another World" that confirmed Hell had a truly unique lyrical voice, at once supremely self-confident and dismissive of nearly every thing around him (sometimes including himself).SOCIAL CIRCKLE "City Shock" LP (No Way) $9.99
Bostonians Social Circkle populate the upper crust of American hardcore punk bands, following up numerous splits and comp tracks with their first full-length, an 11-track romp through mid-tempo tracks that bring to mind the Regulations interspersed with some hyper-fast hardcore tracks conjuring up the speedier moments of Career Suicide.WASTED TIME "And So It Goes.." LP (No Way) $12.99
This IMPORT LP from La Familia Records (Germany) has the WASTED TIME "S/T" Ep and "No Shore" Ep on one LP! Early raw USHC influence (some POISON IDEA, NA, and SSD) on these EP's. Be warned ... this record might just get up in the middle of the night and kill you in your sleep.***************Re-Stocks 05/07/12***************

MINOR THREAT "First Demo Tape" 7" (Dischord) $5.05
In early 1981 Minor Threat made their first trip to the studio. The band recorded all of the songs that they had written in the short time they had been together, but were apparently unsatisfied with their performance and never bothered to do a final mix of the tape. Instead they went back into the studio a month later and recorded what would become their debut, the eight-song eponymous 7"EP (Dischord #3). The tape of the first demo was discovered when Dischord started work on the 'Twenty Years of Dischord' boxset. Ian MacKaye and Don Zientara mixed the tape in December of 2001, but the release was shelved by the label while work was being done on the boxset. The rough mix of this first demo has appeared on bootlegs over the years, but this is the first time that the master tapes have been made available.MINOR THREAT "Salad Days" 7" (Dischord) $5.05

1st Studio LP from Pink Lincolns. Recorded in 1987. CLASSIC! Formed in the streets of Tampa, Florida during the mid-eighties, the Pink Lincolns crawled their way up through the punk world. With four studio albums, a multitude of singles and compilation work under their belt, their sound is built on a combination of technical ability, spit-in-your-face sincerity, and good 'ol fashioned punk rock angst. The snotty growl of vocalist Chris Barrows layered over Dorsey Martin's masterful guitar work and a hard-hitting rhythm section makes for a great high-energy listening experience. The Pink Lincolns' live shows are an exemplary event of sneering and sarcastic wit paired with wailing guitars and driving beats. Limited Pressing Of 1,000.PINK LINCOLNS "Pure Swank" LP (Stiff Pole) $9.99 Color Vinyl

Pre-Fugazi Emo Punk Rock. This 12" LP is now re-mastered and available with a free MP3 download. "These guys reach way down deep and pull out pure emotion along with their hearts. It may not be pretty with Guy's vocals scratching away and the guitars hissing and whinning but it's as honest as you can get. It's a hard record to get used to with its quirks, but it's finally gotten under my skin. Rites of Spring always seem to be on the frantic edge and still the tunes flow and the songs have stuck in my head. "I've found things in this life that still are real/A remainder refusing to be concealed/And I've found the answer lies in a real emotion/Not the self-indulgence of a self-devotion." -Thomas, from Ink Disease #10, 1986SCREAM "Still Screaming" LP (Dischord) $11.49

Crushing, distortion laden split from two veteran powerviolence acts. While it's not quite as classic as these groups' older material, this is still quality stuff. Nearly 7 1/2 minutes of the tunes you've come to despise over the years, played at max volume to complete the destruction of your discount USB turntable.CIVIC PROGRESS "S/T" 7" (No Way) $3.99
Killer St. Louis, MO hardcore that is full of negative energy and frustration. 7 Songs on this steamroller, and not one of them is a dud. You may remember this ep coming out a while ago on No Wire records, which sold out really quickly- so the band asked us to a bigger press to get it back out there for the punks. This versions is remastered loud as hell, and we've made brand new art and layout to make a distinct difference from the 1st pressing. "Petroleum Man" is raw, aggressive, and just plain mean.

On their third 7", Toronto, Canada's School Jerks give up six tracks that still follow the same path as the other two records of 1980/'81-influenced punk rock that crosses the line into hardcore (with some subtle rock influence), but has even grittier influences of Solger and early Poison Idea flowing through the riffs.SEASICK "Ennui" 7" (Refuse/HeadCount) $3.99
Coming straight out of New Brunswick, NJ, SEASICK have worked hard to carve out a thick solid chunk of respect within the hardcore punk community. They pack a socially relevant punch that will make you question the world around you as well as the face reflected in your mirror. Philosophical lyrics filtered through the human element are backed by dead stop breakdowns and a neck snapping rhythm that will move you if you have a pulse. Their unique style, which is influenced by such former NJ bands as Endeavor, The Degenerics and Tear It Up, gets together in a flawless fury that truly carries it's own weight.SOCIAL UNREST "Songs For Sinners" 7" (Dr Strange) $3.99 Color Vinyl

(RRW is fronted by Only Living Witness and Milligram vocalist Jonah Jenkins in his most ferocious persona yet). RawRadarWar occupies the front half of this disc with five cuts: two of epic, scathing, rumbling, low-toned Sludge Doom and three of dark ambient soundscapes. The back half of this CD features seven desolate doses of the heavy from Denver's Deer Creek: four tracks from the "Theriac" recording and the three tracks from the "Mammon" demo. Features original "Doom Tornado" artwork and layouts by Paul Vismara."FU MANCHU "Return To Earth" LP (Elastic) $13.99

Three song EP originally released in 1984. Die Die My Darling, We Bite, Mommy, Can I Go Out And Kill Tonight?MISFITS "Static Age" LP (Caroline) $14.49
The Static Age recording sessions were financed by Mercury Records. Both the Misfits and Mercury were using the label name "Blank" at the time and Mercury gave the band 30 hours of free recording time in order to garner rights for use of the label name. The band was literally given the graveyard shifts at the studio and most of the basic tracks were cut in the first two sessions. Approximately half that time was used to get the sound levels up on the board which left very little time for actual tracking. Therefore the band had to do the best they could with each of the 17 songs in only a few takes each.MUNICIPAL WASTE "Waste Em All" LP (Six Weeks) $9.99

These 15 new blazing tracks have the hallmark crossover fury of old bands like D.R.I, HIRAX, and NUCLEAR ASSAULT with machine gun vocals and ripping speed metal riffs. Mix it up with totally hilarious lyrics and parodies on their influences and the scene in general and these guys are the definition of fun. 15 Songs.NEIGHBORHOOD BRATS "S/T" LP (Modern Action) $8.99

This is an official release. Now available again on vinyl. 12"ep includes free MP3 download of the entire album.VOORHEES "13" LP (Six Weeks) $7.99
Relentless UK power violence attack. Released 1999. Sixteen tracks of raw, blistering splenetic and frenetic hardcore in the space of 18 minutes - so the chances of Voorhees making a lengthy emo concept album are still refreshingly remote. Which is good news for their fans, who number Agnostic Front's Roger Miret among a host of others. Vocalist Lecky has also been busy of late with his other band, metalcore straightedgers Withdrawn, who recently played with Integrity. Check out Night of the Crabs for the perfect 9 second wake up call.WEEKEND NACHOS "Worthless" LP (Deep Six) $8.99
On "Worthless," Weekend Nachos display some of the most technical, thrashing moments of unadulterated powerviolence, as well as the thickest, most crushing riffs heard from them yet. What makes them even better is the schizophrenic weaving of these two styles that the group so swiftly pulls off. Songs like "Frostbitten" demonstrate this with perfection, transitioning unexpectedly from ominous guitar chugs into a fast array of D-beats and a mix of high-pitched screams and classic Weekend Nachos vocals. 14 Songs.***************Re-Stocks 12/27/11***************

BIG BOYS "Skinny Elvis" CD (Touch & Go) $13.49
Skinny Elvis collects the releases from the first part of the Boys' life in 1980 and 1981. Including the hyper-rare debut single "Frat Cars" was a good move to start with, while adding the Boys' half of the Recorded Live at Raul's Club split album and Where's My Towel resulted in a killer hour of Big Boys brilliance. The sound is faultless, letting the Boys jump out of the speakers like never before. Complete release notes are a bonus, as are reproductions of the original sleeves. The real fun in the packaging, however, comes from the tons of archival photos and testimonials from other musicians: Henry Rollins, Thurston Moore, Ian Mackaye, and Gary Floyd. 23 Songs.BIG BOYS "Fat Elvis" CD (Touch & Go) $13.49
Released in conjunction with The Skinny Elvis, Fat Elvis compiles the later Big Boys releases -- Fun, Fun, Fun, Lullabies, and No Matter How Long The Line At The Cafeteria There Is Always A Seat. As with its counterpart, the sound is perfect, the release notes thorough, and the reproductions of the original sleeves welcome. Also in common with Skinny, the best extra fun comes from the liner notes and archival photos. Offering up praise and recollections this time around are, among others, L.A. punk scenester Pleasant Gehman, Steve Albini, Jay Robbins, Sooyoung Park, and Skatemaster Tate. The latter offers a particular funny, brief story about seeing the young Red Hot Chili Peppers open for the Big Boys, dismissing them as "some kind of joke band". Butthole Surfers drummer King Coffey tells the lead tale, enthusiastically explaining the Boys' importance to the early Austin, TX punk scene and how the Surfers benefitted from the Boys' help in adding them to bills and providing practice space. The photos cover everything from promo shots, in-studio snaps, live craziness, and a slew of flyers. A last mention at the end of the booklet describes the band as "the highest common denominators," well-deserved and accurate praise for a wonderful group. 31 Songs.7"
AUS ROTTEN "Fuck Nazi Sympathy" 7" (Havoc) $3.99
Aus Rotten was one of the best punk bands or the 90's for two reasons. 1. They play excellent hardcore punk in the tradition of Discharge, the Varukers and Chaos UK 2. They make the connection between punk and radical politics in a clear and understandable way. Fuck Nazi Sympathy is a challenge to the punk scene not to tolerate Nazis and Fascism in the scene. Aus Rotten broke up in 2001. Singer Dave is now in Behind Enemy Lines while Corey and Eric are in Caustic Christ. Rich who played drums on this 7" is in All Systems Fail.CAUSTIC CHRIST "S/T" 7" (Havoc) $3.99
Caustic Christ play sick heavy hardcore like a cross between early Corrosion of Conformity and Swedish crust core like Wolfbrigade and Skitsystem. Fans of crust and fast 80's style hardcore will no doubt both like this 7" as it bridges the two genres perfectly. Lyrics deal with aleination from dead end jobs, destruction of the environment and the horror of everyday life in 21st century society.DAMAGE DEPOSIT "Straight To The Bottom" 7" (Havoc) $3.99
Second ep from these Twin Cities new Hardcore insurgents. 8 tracks of positively charged aggressive Hardcore thrash. Musically similar to bands like Tear It Up, No Time Left, Infest, or Shark Attack. Lyrics deal with political corruption, all ages shows, dancefloor injustice, and the erosion of the rights of the individual in the face of corporate globalization. Features extremely sick artwork by Critical Colin and Bill Hauser.DS-13 "Aborted Teen Generation" 7" (Havoc) $3.99
Raging hardcore from Umea, Sweden. Unlike a lot of Swedish bands this is more of an old school US hardcore sound than a Discharge influenced sound. Think early DRI, Minor Threat, Agnostic Front, and Seven Seconds. Really powerful and pissed off hardcore.NEGATIVE APPROACH "S/T" 7" (Touch & Go) $6.99
Long out of print, NA originally released this 10-Song 7Ó EP in 1982 to a limited pressing of 3000 on Touch and Go Records. The bandÕs minimalist (read: 30 second songs) and aggressive brand of punk has inspired countless hardcore bands around the globe. Now remastered by John Golden, the legendary 10-Song 7Ó EP is once again available for past, present, and future hardcore fans.TEAR IT UP "S/T" 7" (Havoc) $3.99
Tear It Up were from New Jersey and take their name from a Jerry's Kids song. Members of Dead Nation. Fast high-energy hardcore. Tear It Up was one of the hardest working bands in hardcore, playing constantly all over the USA and Europe.12"/LP
ANNIHILATION TIME "II/Valu-Pack" Gate-Fold LP+7" (Tank Crimes) $11.49
AT found the missing link in creating their over the top sound, combining snotty 80's hardcore with vicious 70's proto-punk and rock 'n roll. "II" (2005) is their defining album, now available again on vinyl in a gatefold jacket. Includes the "Cosmic Unconciousness" 7" on blue vinl and Label.CRUCIFIX "Dehumanization" LP (Corpus Christi) $11.49 Import
Finally back in print, one of the top ten US hardcore records of the 80's. Crucifix perfectly mix the early 80's hardcore sound with the drive and intensity of UK anarcho bands like Discharge and Varukers. On top of this they used the visual style of Crass or Discharge with the shocking images of war and man's inhumanity to man in a fold out poster sleeve. 14 Songs.DISCHARGE "Hear Nothing, See Nothing, Say Nothing" Gate-Fold LP (Havoc) $10.99
Considered by many to be one of the best, if not THE BEST hardcore record of the 1980s. This record caught Discharge at the peak of their powers, combining the anger, intensity and power of their early material with a high caliber of production and musicianship. Pure anger and power, shocking and provocative graphics (before these were passe on punk record covers) combined with rampaging riffs and coarse vocals. Faithfully reproduced as a gatefold LP.DISCHARGE "Why" LP (Havoc) $9.49
An unrelenting blast of raw punk anger. This genre defining record turned up the intensity of hardcore punk several notches. A searing protest against the insanity of war and madness of politicians set to the most powerful and bombastic hardcore assault laid down to that date.NEGATIVE APPROACH "Tied Down" LP (Touch & Go) $13.99
A reissue of the groundbreaking and hella influential 1983 Tied Down album from 1980s Midwestern hardcore behemoths NEGATIVE APPROACH. RAMBO's "sophmore effort" is a titanic bulldozer of hardcore moshstrocity. Combining the power of epic swedish hardcore like Wolfbrigade and Disfear, the sick mosh of Hatebreed and Madball, with the politics of Crass. RAMBO take on apathy, the system, religion, intolerance and bad dance styles in nineteen tracks. Masterful production and over the top artwork. Includes a bonus full length DVD with show highlights, tour diary, and instructional presentations.REGULATIONS "Electric Guitar" LP (Havoc) $8.99
Seven new studio tracks on the A side. Following in the proven Regulations style of going back to the roots of hardcore punk, circa 1980. Catchy, snotty, raw, hardcore punk that would fit right in on Dangerhouse records or the Boston Not L.A. compilation. B side features both 7's (now out of print) as bonus tracks.REGULATIONS "S/T" LP (Havoc) $8.99
After the break up of Epileptic Terror Attack these Umea punks decided to go back to the roots and start a new band with more of an emphasis on roots hardcore punk sounds. Looking to the early LA scene for inspiration, Regulations have the raw energy of hardcore with the catchy and memorable songwriting of early punk. Their two 7"s have become cult classics with collectors. This LP delivers a non stop barrage of sing a long, fist pumping early 80's style punk rippers. Mixes the best elements of Copenhagen bands like Amdi Petersen's Arme, Young Wasteners and No Hope for the Kids with the Umea sounds of DS 13 and ETA. A perfect hc/punk record start to finish.SKITSYSTEM "Enkel Resa Till Rannstenen" LP (Havoc) $8.99
Skitsystem from are Gothenburg. This second full-length follows up on the head crushing sounds of their first LP Gra Varld Svarta Tankar. This is a scathing steamroller of pure Scandinavian hardcore power. Combine the raw thrashing power of early 80's bands like Anti-Cimex, Asocial, Crude SS and Crudity with the ferocity and anger of modern day crust core with some brutal production by Mieszko of Nasum and you begin to feel the weight of the power of Skitsystem.
SKITSYSTEM "Gra Varld/Svarta Talkar" LP (Havoc) $8.99
Recorded in 1999 and originally released in Sweden on Distortion, this is the first Skitsystem LP. (although they had released a 10" previously) Skitsystem took the world of hardcore and metal by storm in the late 90's by honing the swedish d-beat crust-core sound. They unleashed a punishingly brutal mix of 80's Swedish hardcore like Anti Cimex, Crudity, Crude SS and Avskum with the dark sounds of Swedish Death Metal. The music and lyrics combine to form a bleak, rage fueled view of the "gray world, black thoughts." Skitsystem has the drive and power of D-beat raw punk charging forward with just enough of the melody of Swedish metal in their two guitar assault to keep things from running into a wall of noise.TEAR IT UP "Just Can't Stand It" LP (Deranged) $9.99 Blue Vinyl
Back in print, the 12" that followed the s/t 7" on Havoc. Fast high energy New Jersey hardcore. 11 Songs.THE FIX "At The Speed Of Twisted Thought" LP (Touch & Go) $13.49

Liner notes by Byron Coley, Henry Rollins, Tesco Vee, and Tim Tonooka.
THE VARUKERS "One Struggle, One Fight" LP (Havoc) $9.49
Havoc rep ress of this long out of print Lp from 1985. Varukers were one of the best English bands of the 80s. Their early 80's material was a great mix of Discharge and slightly more punk bands like One Way System or the Partisans. This LP saw the Varukers heading into a much heavier more hardcore and metal influenced direction. This LP was very much in step with the tenor of the times coming out in 1985 it's hardcore punk meets metal sound put it on par with contemporary bands like Antisystem and Antisect. The Varukers broke up soon after this LP, only to reform in the 90's and are still going strong today.VICTIMS/FROM ASHES RISE "Split" LP (Havoc) $8.99
From Ashes Rise plays dark, slightly metallic hardcore that is not unlike early His Hero Is Gone mixed with Scandinavian hardcore like Skitystem and 80's UK crust like Antisect. Drawing on those influences From Ashes Rise has moved this sound into it's own territory so to simply label it "Tennessee style" hardcore would be oversimplifying their sonic progression. Victims from Sweden play aggressive fast Scandinavian hardcore not unlike early Skitsystem or Wolfbrigade. You can hear the influence of early Swedish hardcore like Anti-Cimex, Shitlickers and Crude SS mixed with the heavier sounds of 90's crust core, but there is also some influence from the early 80's US hardcore sound. PUSHEAD Cover Artwork!VITAMIN X "Full Scale Assault" Gate-Fold LP (Tank Crimes) $12.49

Recorded and Engineered at Electrical Audio Studios in Chicago by Steve Albini (Nirvana, Neurosis) it has an enormous sound. The album features lead vocals by Negative Approach's John Brannon on 2 songs and amazing artwork by John Baizley (Baroness, Pig Destroyer). This is a serious hardcore masterpiece. COKE BUST "Degradation" 7" (Grave Mistake) $4.50
Following up their LP on Six Weeks Records, DC's COKE BUST have unleashed a monster of a new EP; easily their best and most crushing record to date. DEGRADATION is a blistering, noisy, mind blowing,full-throttle hardcore assault influenced by the masters like Heresy, Ripcord, Infest, and Larm. Tearing through six songs in five minutes, this EP will pummel you down to the ground then leave you on your knees begging for more. Recorded by Kevin at Developing Nations Studios and mastered by Smok (Post Regiment fame). Includes a DOWNLOAD CARD!DIRECT CONTROL "S/T" 7" (Grave Mistake) $3.99
Finally a domestic US pressing of the now classic debut EP by Richmond's one and only DIRECT CONTROL! Originally released in Europe on KANGAROO RECORDS in 2004, this first vinyl release from the band blazes through six tracks of killer early 80's influenced hardcore. Taking queues from the meaner side of that era (bands like THE FIX, CIA, POISON IDEA, etc), this EP captures the attitude and essence of those classic bands almost perfectly with a combination of biting, sarcastic, and spiteful lyrics overtop a non-stop barrage of fast hardcore insanity. DIRECT CONTROL could probably take a lot of the credit (or blame) for the recent resurgence of no-bs, no-frills fast 80s influenced hardcore and this EP clearly shows why. If for some reason you weren't able to get your hands on the original European pressing of this release, now you have no excuse. This record is essential.DOUBLE NEGATIVE "Hardcore Confusion #1" 7" (Sorry State) $4.50 Yellow Vinyl
Double Negative return with the first volume of their follow-up to the epic Daydreamnation LP, and they haven't slowed down one step. "Writhe," in particular, is probably the best song they've written so far. Includes color vinyl, deluxe jackets with spot-gloss printing and digital download.DOUBLE NEGATIVE "Hardcore Confusion #2" 7" (Sorry State) $4.50 Yellow Vinyl

Arrested" picks up right where 2006's NO MODERATION left off, blazing through four new tracks of their brand of unadulterated hardcore punk rock (think GANG GREEN, RKL, and ADOLESCENTS thrown in a blender)... one catchy as hell title track followed by three more fast and ferocious cuts guaranteed to leave you floored. This EP has it all; hooks, speed, attitude, piss, vinegar ... definitely will not disappoint.GOVERNMENT WARNING "Executed" 7" (Grave Mistake) $3.99
Brand new 45 single to accompany the new full length. Recorded in the same session as PARANOID MESS. This was originally intended to be a European tour single but we just opted to make it a proper release instead. The title track charges through at varying speeds, musically taking cues from KINGS OF PUNK era POISON IDEA topped with Kenny's biting vocal delivery, while the flip side backhands you with one quick ripper in standard GW fashion, followed up with a Battalion of Saints cover.INSTANGD "Drag Utan Drog" 7" (Sorry State) $4.50
On their first two 7"s Umea, Sweden's Instangd made a name for themselves by pounding out some of the rawest and snottiest early 80s-inspired hardcore around, and they continue that trend on this brand new EP. This time around the production is a little clearer with a more powerful drum sound and a biting, obnoxious, yet clear guitar sound, but the music is still all about the "Primitiv Energi." 6 songs that will have you confused about whether to hum along or just punch yourself in the face. Includes free mp3 download and obi strip.LIFE TRAP "Solitary Confinement" 7" (No Way) $3.99
Life Trap return for another swift kick to the head with 8 songs of punishing HC/PUNK not unlike their 1st ep and demo. NB feature some guys from some bands that you might have heard before (The Ergs, Psyched to Die, Hunchback, to name a few), and this is their debut five song 7" EP! Killer southern California influenced hardcore punk peppered nicely with some wicked surf guitar licks, and topped with just the right amount of melody ... so if bands like JFA, Agent Orange, and Adolescents are up your alley, you should probably check this band out. Split release with the mighty DIRTNAP RECORDS. Comes with download card.NIGHTSTICK JUSTICE "Claustrophobic" 7" (Grave Mistake) $3.99
On their second E.P. (and third vinyl output) California's NIGHTSTICK JUSTICE bring you five more discordant cuts of raw and explosive hardcore! Debut six song EP from WASHINGTON DC's SET TO EXPLODE. Fronted by former STRIKING DISTANCE vocalist Dave Byrd, consisting of ex-members of a slew of DC bands, including WORN THIN, THE AFTERMATH, 86 MENTALITY, and THE GOONS, these guys have all been around the block and prove that they know how to write one hell of a hardcore record. All name dropping aside, SET TO EXPLODE offer up an impressive dose of early 80's influenced fast, no-frills, head splitting hardcore (the common description we've been hearing is "the bastard son of MINOR THREAT and ANTIDOTE"), with a dash of classic punk rock influence thrown in the mix for good measure.SOUTHSIDE STRANGLERS "Too Much TV" 7" (Grave Mistake) $3.99
The debut 7" from Richmond, VA's SOUTHSIDE STRANGLERS slashes your face with six cuts of raw, bare bones rock and roll! Featuring Kenny and Brandon from GOVERNMENT WARNING on vocals and guitar, respectively, but don't expect any high speed 80's hc rippers ... mix equal parts of '60s garage rock (SONICS) and '70s punk rock (PAGANS, DMZ) and you'll get an idea of what the SOUTHSIDE STRANGLERS are serving up. Abrupt and to the point; driving guitars, tasteful leads, powerful rhythm, and vocals that are as vicious as they are soulful. Not to be written off as an experiment or side project ...SOUTHSIDE STRANGLERS are the real deal.STRIP MINES "Sympathy Rations" 7" (Sorry State) $4.50
Raleigh, North Carolina's Stripmines released one of the most talked-about demo tapes of 2010, but those of us lucky enough to have seen the band live knew right away that that recording paled in comparison to what the band is capable of live. Now that we finally have a recording that captures their power, the rest of the world can appreciate the two-ton wrecking ball that is this band... take the stage-dive-inducing mosh parts of bands like Wasted Time, add in some TotalitŠr influence in the fast parts, and top it off with one of the angriest and most intense vocalists since John Brannon in his heyday, and you have Stripmines. Prepare to be crushed. Includes mp3 download and obi strip.THE LADIES "Six More Reasons To Hate" 7" (Grave Mistake) $3.99 Pink Vinyl
To love The Ladies is to hate The Ladies, and here are six more damn fine reasons to do both. On their fourth 7", Tony Bitch and Co. bring you six more blistering tracks of sleazy and infectious punk rock gems drenched in early Dwarves worship (which you've probably come to expect if you've checked out any of their other records), with a little extra dose of melody mixed in for good measure. Hands down their best release to date, and best looking too ... slick pink and purple double sided layout with the required amount of smutty imagery; trashy and classy at the same time. Learn to hate them. Includes a DOWNLOAD CARD!THE LADIES "S/T" 7" (Grave Mistake) $3.99
The debut EP from Richmond, VA's THE LADIES. Originally released in 2008 on Riff Raff records, Grave Mistake has been given the honor to handle the repress to coincide with their two new venomous singles on No Way and Cowabunga Records. Raw and obnoxious yet catchy as well, reminiscent of early DWARVES, with a couple of short and fast rippers thrown in to keep the crowd moving and the beer flying. Five obscene and insulting punk anthems guaranteed to hurt someones feelings.TIME TO ESCAPE "S/T" 7" (Grave Mistake) $3.99
Washington DC's TIME TO ESCAPE tear through five tracks no frills DC HARDCORE akin to early GOVERNMENT ISSUE or THE FAITH. Originally recorded as a demo with about 200 circulated, these tracks ripped too hard to fade into demo tape obscurity ... so here they are remastered and in vinyl format. Proof that our nation's capital can still churn out the fast, seething, pissed off hardcore that put it on the map in the first place. FOURTH PRESS HAND NUMBERED OUT OF 500.12"/LP's
CITIZEN'S PATROL "S/T" LP (Sorry State) $8.50
After two blistering 7"s on the mighty No Way Records, Holland's Citizens Patrol finally bless us with their debut full-length. If you expected they would change at all for this release, then you will be sorely disappointed. If you expected they will still play the same band of ripping, early 80s-inspired hardcore they've always played, then you will be extremely pleased. This time around the band delivers a slightly more powerful recording and some of their absolute catchiest ragers yet. US press limited to 500 copies, includes digital download.DARK AGES "Can America Survive" LP (Sorry State) $11.50
After a couple of great but under the radar 7"s, Kansas City's Dark Ages return with their first full-length and it is a hardcore monster. Eschewing the recent vogue for raw recordings, Dark Ages have nailed a crystal clear, precise sound in which all of the fascinating little nuances hit you with full force. While the pedal is always to the floor, it's the weird little parts--quirky touches that remind one of Die Kreuzen's first LP or HŸsker DŸ circa Everything Falls Apart--that really separate this band from the pack. I can think of no other band that captures the angry, alienated, and isolated sound of the midwest better than Dark Ages. Deluxe packaging, including heavyweight, tip-on style sleeves, a 24"x26" poster, and a digital download.DEEP SLEEP "Turn Me Off" LP (Grave Mistake) $11.50 White Vinyl
Five years and three 7" EPs since the band's inception, Baltimore's DEEP SLEEP finally unleash their first LP on the world. If you've been following the band through 2008's MANIC EUPHORIA and 2009's PARANOID FUTURES, you have more than likely noticed that DEEP SLEEP has slowly but steadily been morphing into an unclassifiable superhuman mutant; feeding off of a steady diet of ALL, DESCENDENTS, and other assorted goodies from the SST / CRUZ catalogs, leaving a trail of destruction and fast food wrappers in it's wake. Recorded in the band's own house / practice spot (Wallride Manor) and mastered by the one and only Stephen Egerton, TURN ME OFF finds DEEP SLEEP's sound growing and expanding in every direction; the fast songs are faster, the hooks throughout are catchier than ever; each of the ten tracks on this LP is defined with it's own distinctive guitar blitzkreig, and interlaced with one of the most exhilarating rhythm sections in hardcore/punk today, while the lyrics drenched in depression, isolation, frustration, and insanity keep you uncomfortably intrigued. TURN ME OFF has everything you could want from a punk record in 2011 and then some. DEEP SLEEP have outdone themselves once again, delivering their best and most unique sounding record to date. Includes a DOWNLOAD CARD!DEVOUR "S/T" LP (Sorry State) $8.99 w/CD
Raleigh, North Carolina's Devour were born from the ashes of Cross Laws, but rather than simply picking up where that band left off, the remaining members expanded to a 5-piece and followed the long southern tradition of adding traces of metal into our hardcore. What emerged was a record that is remarkably dense and complex, recalling the very best of the mid-80s trend of hardcore bands "going metal;" think Corrosion of Conformity's Animosity LP, Final Conflict's Ashes to Ashes and Septic Death's Need So Much Attention. There's also a heavy Japanese influence; people who have seen Devour live have compared them to Judgment, Lip Cream and Bastard, a connection only made clearer by this record's astonishingly heavy and powerful recording. In a scene where so many bands simply want to replicate something that has already happened, Devour sound remarkably fresh and progressive, and without losing a single thing you loved about hardcore in the first place. Includes the record and jacket plus a GIANT 24"x24" poster, a Devour sticker, the lyric sheet, and a pro-duplicated CD featuring the LP in its entirety along with a TON of bonus material including outtakes, demos, a live set and other surprises.DOUBLE NEGATIVE "Daydreamnation" LP (Sorry State) $12.50 Blue Vinyl
Three years and two aborted recording sessions later, North Carolina's almighty Double Negative finally deliver the follow-up to their legendary debut. While that record obliterated listeners with its sharp, precise hardcore attack, Daydreamnation finds Double Negative incorporating the wide variety of influences one would expect from four guys who have all been playing in bands for 25+ years. Particularly if you've ever had your face ripped off by this band live, Daydreamnation's relentless wash of noise, speed, and energy will make it the Double Negative record you've always wanted. Note: includes free mp3 download, deluxe foil-stamped covers, and obi strip.GOVERNMENT WARNING "No Moderation" LP (Grave Mistake) $10.50 Blue Vinyl
GW's debut LP is finally back in print! Originally released on FERAL WARD in 2006, NO MODERATION rips through ten blistering tracks of no frills early 80's hardcore; taking the speed and ferocity of JERRY'S KIDS, FU's and KORO and combining it with hook-laden so-cal punk sensibilities of ADOLESCENTS or AGENT ORANGE. NO MODERATION is held by many to be GOVERNMENT WARNING'S defining record, and it's available to the masses once again. Includes a DOWNLOAD CARD!GOVERNMENT WARNING "Paranoid Mess" LP (Grave Mistake) $9.99
Richmond, VA's one and only GOVERNMENT WARNING are at it again. Following 2006's "No Moderation" LP and 2007"s "Arrested" EP comes their highly anticipated second full length; PARANOID MESS delivers fifteen more unrelenting tracks full of snotty hardcore attitude that musically lies somewhere between ZERO BOYS, VERBAL ABUSE, FU's or ADOLESCENTS. The diverse songwriting that you have come to expect from GW is still very much present on this new LP, from the high speed hardcore blasts to the more mid tempo, hook laden fist pumpers, and everything in between. Great sounding record that brings to mind the golden era of US hardcore - absolutely timeless and essential.MOB RULES "The Donor" LP (Sorry State) $9.99
On their debut full-length, the UK's Mob Rules have concocted one of the most ambitious and cohesive re-articulations of power violence in recent memory. While they don't abandon the genre's essential traits--blistering fast parts, trippy sludge breakdowns, and harsh, hateful vocals--they render them exponentially more powerful by adding some new spices to the stew, namely an expansive sense of composition that recalls King Crimson at their heaviest moments. From a 37-second ripper to a 7+-minute epic jam that wastes anything on The Process of Weeding Out, this LP has it all. Includes free mp3 download and obi strip.NIGHT BIRDS "The Other Side Of Darkness" LP (Grave Mistake) $11.50
At long last, the debut LP from NY/NJ's own NIGHT BIRDS is finally upon us! Following three well received 7" EPs, "The Other Side of Darkness" takes you on on a non-stop demented thrill ride with thirteen raging blasts of high-octane surf-inspired punk that the band has become known for. NIGHT BIRDS have pulled out all of the stops on this long player; honing their hardcore/punk/surf/garage hybrid sound to near perfection, delivering each and every song with urgent and unmistakable precision. With underlying themes of isolation, paranoia, depression, visions of total annihilation, and more horror/b-movie nods and references than you can count, "The Other Side of Darkness" is the ultimate soundtrack to that post-apocalyptic nightmare that you just can't seem to wake up from. Includes a DOWNLOAD CARD!SHARDS "S/T" LP (Sorry State) $7.99 Gate-Fold
After two great demo tapes, Raleigh, North Carolina's Shards return to Sorry State for their debut LP. The style is still dark, catchy punk in the tradition of bands like TSOL, 45 Grave and early Christian Death, but this time around the production is much more layered and ambitious, driving these great songs into your brain with maximum impact. This one has great packaging, too, including a gatefold jacket, obi strip, and free mp3 download.SMART COPS "Per Proteggere" LP (Sorry State) $12.50 180 Gram Vinyl
Finally, a long-player from the almighty Smart Cops! Already known worldwide for crafting some of the most infectious, hook-filled hardcore in the world, Italy's Smart Cops up the catchiness ante even further on their first slab of big vinyl. While the foundation is still based on tough and aggressive 80s hardcore, the band's songwriting chops have matured considerably, and while it might be shocking at first to hear these guys with such big, glossy production, you'll quickly realize that this release takes everything you already loved about Smart Cops and turns it up to 11.WASTED TIME "Futility" LP (Grave Mistake) $9.99
After two killer EPs, Richmond's WASTED TIME finally unleash their first devastating full length, FUTILITY. On this LP, WASTED TIME continue to deliver their trademark hard-as-nails brand of US hardcore. With the expansion of the band to a five piece, FUTILITY also finds the band drawing from additional influences, resulting in a more massive and ferocious sound than their previous releases.***************Re-Stocks***************

ADAM AND THE ANTS "Decca Demos" LP (Fan Club) $24.99 Import
Adam and the Ants were a British rock band active during the late 1970s and early 1980s. The original group, which existed from 1977 to 1980, became notable as a cult band marking the transition from the late-1970s punk rock era to the post-punk and New Wave era. By the end of 1979, this early lineup featured musicians Dave Barbarossa, Matthew Ashman and Leigh Gorman Ñ all of whom would later leave the band on 26 January 1980, at the suggestion of then-de facto manager Malcolm McLaren (Sex Pistols), to form the instrumentalist personnel of Bow Wow Wow. These are the demos and outtakes of the early line-up of ADAM & THE ANTS!CIRCLE JERKS "Group Sex" PICTURE DISC LP (Porterhouse) 19.99
Shortly after Keith Morris quit the role of being the front man of BLACK FLAG, he teamed up with guitarist Greg Hetson (who later joined BAD RELIGION) to form what now is known as one of THE most classic early '80s Southern California punk bands. "Group Sex" is the 1980 fourteen track debut highly recommended for any fan of humorous, ground breaking punk rock music. This is arguably Los Angeles punk at its best.DAYGLOW ABORTIONS "Out Of The Womb" LP (Unrest) $13.99

Screams From The Gutter was the debut album by this Italian punk band in what would become a long history in the Italian punk scene. When Screams came out in 1984 it was certainly the first Italian HC record to get wide attention in the world of punk, outside of Italy, particularly in the U.S. as it was released by a U.S. label cuz it was recorded in Indianapolis two thirds into RAW POWER's first U.S. tour. Paul Mahern of Zero Boys produced it at the studio he worked at. It was recorded in one day. On "Screams from the Gutter", Raw Power plays frantic guitar gnashing hardcore most notably on killer songs like "Hate," "Nihilist," "Bastard" and "My Boss". Mauro's careful diction makes his vocals clearer and more understandable than many American vocalists. A powerful piece of HC history. This is the current Re-Press. Lyric/Photo sheet included!THROW RAG "13 Ft. And Rising" LP (BYO)."This LP kicks off with an intro similar to that of the Sex Pistols Holidays in the Sun." If you're going to start your album with that reference, you'd better be able to back it up, and likewise, Throw Rag's history of great live shows threatens to make any studio album a letdown. But 13 Ft. and Rising lives up to all those challenges. Dino, the guitarist, moves easily from punk to country and back, but the musical core of this album is a series of wonderfully sleazy-sounding riffs that recall the best of Link Wray. The lyrics jump quickly from one subject to the next, like rants of an overheated mind, and Captain Sean Doe's vocals strain to stretch out the most painful parts of the songs. Jacko, possibly the only washboard player/bugler in rock, sings lead on a couple tracks and makes the most of the opportunity, especially on the visceral "Rotten Me." There are also guest appearances by Jello Biafra and Lemmy from Motorhead, but the most memorable cameo is Keith Morris's mix of singing and spoken word on the final track, "Children of the Secret State." Throw Rag's second album, Desert Shores, remains the band's best, but this is a great follow-up to that savagely brilliant record. -Razorcake

BAD BRAINS "S/T" CD (ROIR) $11.99
The Bad Brains were one of the most important voices of the East Coast hardcore scene during its halcyon days of the '80s. What they brought to the scene was nothing short of revolutionary--infusing the form's rage with the spiritual conviction of the Rasta tradition and the instrumental prowess of seasoned jazz players, they breathed new life into a genre in danger of stagnation, or worse, homogenization. Their album on the initially cassette-only ROIR label arrived like a new day, brimming with positivity and spirituality, as well as an unarguable mastery of the musical form of hardcore. From the album's opening strains on "Sailin' On," the book was re-written, or at least opened a little wider. Vocalist H.R., one of punk's speediest singers, growls and screams his message like a man possessed. On the band's most recognizable classic, "Pay To Cum," his staccato delivery truly reaches breakneck speed, barely decipherable, the song is a torrent of sound, a hurtling juggernaut of boundless energy. He extols the praises of having the right mindset most effectively in "Attitude," a testament to the power of positivity. The band reaches deep into its Rasta roots on "Jah Calling" and "I Love I Jah," rounding out the ever-widening, ever-intense world of BAD BRAINS.BAD BRAINS "S/T" Pic Disc LP (ROIR) $19.99

Includes blazingly awesome live versions of "FVK," "How Low Can a Punk Get," and more.FLIPPER "Blowin Chunks" LP (ROIR) $13.99
Flipper is a band that created their own aesthetic universe and singular punk language. In the late 70's and early 80's, San Francisco, much like Los Angeles, NYC, and Cleveland, was a cauldron for emerging punk, new wave and hardcore bands that were starting to get widespread recognition in the underground press and to some extent in the national music media. San Francisco was possessive, protective, outspoken and intensely proud of their own bands. There was a shared sense of regional superiority, experimentation, and commitment indigenous to the 'San Francisco Sound', "supercilious" would characterize the attitudes of the punters who championed and bonded with the local bands that included The Dead Kennedys, The Avengers, The Dils, Mutants, No Alternative, The Offs and many others.GG ALLIN "Hated In The Nation" LP (ROIR) $13.99

"Finally a new live GG Allin recording that captures a time period that has never been heard on LP other than it's original studio version. It's November 4th, 1987 and the Lismar Lounge is packed with every degenerate on the Lower East Side in anticipation of the one time only performance of GG Allin and The Holymen (the first NYC show since the infamous Cat Club gig). The sound is raw and powerful and GG's vocals can be heard very clearly. What more can you ask for? During this time GG was beginning to earn a reputation that would separate him from all other performers and achieve his legendary status as the King of Rock and Roll. Also included are the tracks from a rare GG and the Murder Junkies rehearsal with Dee Dee Ramone playing guitar from November of 1991. Dee Dee left the band shortly after this recording and it has never been released until now. In addition there is a Destroy TV interview with GG and I. And never before seen photos, making this LP one that will surely be a classic. And would give GG a RES-ERECTION." - Merle Allin, September 1999MC5 "Babes In Arms" LP (ROIR) $13.99 WHITE VINYL

All material on this LP was recorded in the studio in 1972 during the time the Dolls were first building their Legend with their historic performances at the Mercer Street Arts Center in what was to become SOHO, NYC. It pre-dates their two releases on Mercury records. The New York Dolls "Lipstick Killers" is historically and commercially one of ROIR's most important rock n' roll releases in our 21-year history. The NY Dolls had been together only four and a half months when they entered a small studio in NYC and made these demos, produced by Marty Thau. This is the original band, straight from playing a tumultuous weekly residency at the avant-garde art mecca, The Mercer Arts Center. It included drummer Billy Murcia, who soon after died from an overdose during the Dolls first gigs in the U.K.STIMULATORS "Loud Fast Rules" LP (ROIR) 13.99

Complete with original artwork and controversial sleeve inserts, and re-mastered here for the very first time. F was the focal point of the hardcore scene stemming out of South Florida, adored and hated by punks across the US because of their pro-Ronald Reagan stance, as tongue-in-cheek as it may have been. F was one of those bands where if you werent smart enough to "get it," you wanted to kick their ass. But F was too busy kicking ours, with great releases such as "You Are An EP", Florida's first 12" punk vinyl release, "Mess You Up", F's debut on the notorious Mystic Records label, and the single "Attack" which appeared on Flipside's Vinyl Fanzine #1 Compilation alongside such greats as The Dickies, TSOL, Scream, and GBH. Government Issue hails from Washington, D.C. The band is considered to be a founding member of the DC scene. With the intense musical energy and the wacky antics of Jon Stabb, often called "The Clowned Prince of Punk," they developed a loyal following on the East Coast. After seeing a Mystic display in a D. C. record store and knowing Mystic was strong in California, they called Doug Moody, and he brought them to Hollywood to record and introduced them to the West Coast. This record is a combination of the "Give Us Stabb" studio EP and live recordings made across the U. S. It is an excellent sampler of their strongest material. The live recordings were recorded multi-track and later mixed in the studio. The Best of Government Issue release is part of the Mystic 2010 Collectors Series. Over the years, few records have earned the distinction of "classic." Within the punk and hardcore realm, even fewer have made an impact on the way an entire genre sounds. At the top of that short list, however, is Gorilla Biscuits' "Start Today." Hailing from NYC, Gorilla Biscuits carved a niche within the NY Hardcore scene. Blending the aggression and energy of bands like Agnostic Front with a sense of melody likened to Dag Nasty, Gorilla Biscuits still stands as a unique reference point for every hardcore band that has come after them. This is an essential part of any record collection.LORD GREEN "Higher Than God" 7" (Bezerker) $3.99

Being put off by trendy genre labels like "crossover," they coined their unique, powerful hybrid noise "Splatter Rock" in 1984.TOXIC REASONS "Independence" LP (Beer City) $11.15
Back in the early 80Õs. A group of guys from the Midwest started a band that mixed the newly developing offshoot of punk known as hardcore along with the already established sound of English punk. BATTALION OF SAINTS "Best Of" LP (Mystic) $12.38 White Vinyl
Best of Battalion of Saints contains songs from various studio recording sessions including recordings from Hit Single in San Diego and Mystic Studios in Hollywood as well as live recordings. The pure energy generated by this band is apparent in their hard core, no holds barred style of thrash, screaming guitars by Chris Smith (R.I.P.) and the pained screams of George Anthony that sound more like a sasquatch on steroids than anything human. When the Mystic sessions took place in the early 80s, the band camped in the studio for several days of recording and yes, partying. The cover art was created by punk rock master Mad Marc Rude (R.I.P.) who was their manager and mentor at the time. The Best of Battalion of Saints release is part of the Mystic 2010 Collectors Series of limited edition of 500 records on white vinylBLACK FLAG "In My Head" LP (SST) $9.80
Hot on the heels of the live record came In My Head which showed significant improvement over My War and Slip It In. Rollins and Ginn were exploring by-now standard lyrical themes: hate, paranoia, loneliness, anomie, and violence, but framing them around music that was demanding, powerful and exciting. This is what you expect out of Black Flag; edgy and uncontrolled.BLACK FLAG "Jealous Again" 10" (SST) $8.93

Finally, the long awaited re-issue of a monumental release from two legendary power violence bands. Released in 1994 in a short run of 1,200 copies, this mighty piece of molten vinyl showcases two of the leaders of the power violence retaliation at the height of their songwriting powers. This release marked the debut of Andy Beattie (No Comment) on vocals for MITB and the band slays with political, unerring power. Capitalist Casualties lay down 13 tracks of unbreakable hardcore thrash, intense politics and seething disgust for humanity. After 15 years, both bands decided it was time to get this back into print, completely true to the original release, highlighted by killer cut and paste art by Jeff Whiplash (CC) and pressed from the original plates.CITIZENS PATROL "Sick Routine" 7" (No Way) $3.99

"Mournful Cries" was Saint Vitus' second album with singer Scott "Wino" Weinrich and, like "Born Too Late," it confirmed he was the ideal vocalist for the band. The gritty resignation and throaty, fevered force of his voice meshes perfectly with Dave Chandler's howl-in-a-void guitar work, and his lyrics lend the songs an unblinking street-level attitude that gives the tunes a wildly potent force, even on the token fantasy piece "Dragon Time." Weinrich's second guitar also gives Chandler more space to stretch out with his thick, buzzing chords, as Armando Acosta's carefully punctuated drumming hits like a fist in the gut and Mark Adams' bass gives the songs a simple but rock-solid foundation. Now available again on vinyl. 6 songs.SAINT VITUS "Thirsty And Miserable" Mini-Lp (SST) $7.04 This 1987 three-track EP from Wino and Co. saw Saint Vitus playing more slow and low tunes thick with Black Sabbath riffs and one ode to serious drinking by the way of a Black Flag cover song. Pulling the melodic hardcore ala Bold and Judge, this band make it way long ago like near to 15 years of good hardcore music. And they are from Indonesia. And this is among the first breed of hardcore band, not to be mistaken by the now hip metal hardcore music style. And the lyrics is wonderful, socio-political critics and have a lots of old 77 early punk band sing a long anthemic style. If marginal tend to be punk style of good catchy music style, straight answer fall to be the hardcore version of that kind of style.SUGAR EATER "Nine Songs" CD (Eyephat) $7.99
Sugar Eater's debut full-length. 30 minutes of pop-punk goodness! Oh, and this album has a JD Salinger theme if that does anything for ya.SUGAR EATER "Mommy Can I" CD (Eyephat) $7.99
Since forming in the fall of 2003, bassist Fellatio Jones, drummer Matt Clute and guitarist Nick Social have been spitting out frantic, snotty, 3 chord anthems that put their mall-punk counterparts to shame. By fusing the pop-sensibilities of the Ramones, Buzzcocks and Undertones with the raw intensity of early Bad Religion and the quirky humor of the Dead Milkmen, Sugar Eater have been making new friends at every club, house party and basement show that they play it.THE CANDY SNATCHERS "S/T" 7" (Zodiac Killer) $5.14 BLUE VINYL
They are back! It's been 8 long years, but any of you who know this band know what's in store for you here! These guys were one of the last real punk bands around all though the 90"s, along with a few others, and they helped forge a lot of these great bands that are coming out today. These guys snorted, bled, and generally ran amuck all across the USA for the last 15 years! I was there on more than one occasion, and THESE GUYS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE REAL DEAL!!! 2 GREAT NEW songs! A-"DOIN' TIME" B-"DEAD WRONG". Unfortunately, the untimely passing of the LEGENDARY MATTHEW ODIETUS could very well make this 7" and the new LP "DOWN AT DAHLILAH'S", due out soon, the very last CANDY SNATCHERS recordings as we know them. Limited Edition of 500. Blue vinyl with white splatters in honor of Matty. Hurry up and get one, cuz they are almost gone.THE VANDALS "Peace Thru Vandalism" LP (Chi-Com) $12.57
As poster boys of the original Huntington Beach, CA punk rock scene in the very early '80s, The Vandals' debut release provided the soundtrack for an era of mayhem and mindless rebellion for tens of thousands of bored teenagers from the suburbs to the 'hood. It started with "Urban Struggle" going from Rodney Bingenheimer's Top 10 to #1 on KROQ's mainstream playlist in L.A. When The Vandals performed "The Legend Of Pat Brown" in Roger Corman's 1983 classic film "Suburbia," the EP became a must-have for punks all over the world.TSOL "Dance With Me" LP (Nitro) $10.55
Nitro Records presents the reissue of the early '80s punk masterpiece "Dance With Me" from Southern California's own TSOL. This full-length has been remastered but features all of the original artwork as the original pressing. On this album, TSOL moved away from the political leanings of their earlier material and took on a darker sound and style as apparent on the hit song "Code Blue," an ode to necrophilia.V/A BEACH BLVD "Compilation" CD (Posh Boy) $11.22
No album captured the early Orange County, California punk sound like the Posh Boy label's 1979's historic Beach Blvd compilation. Featuring bands like the Simpletones, The Crowd and Rick L Rick (F-Word!).***************RE-STOCKS***************

Import Infest was an influential American hardcore band, formed in September 1986 and they disbanded in 1996. Infest, while not coining the term "powerviolence", were pioneers of the style. The Los Angeles quartet blended the ethos, speed and song structure of straight edge hardcore, along with the aggression and anger of bands like Negative Approach and Negative FX. Joe DenunzioÕs vocals exhibited angst, with lyrical content about conformity, war, scene politics and socio-political issues, mostly delivered in an accusational assault. This record contains their 25 song demo from 1987! Classic! Cover doubles as a poster with flyers, photos, lyrics, Etc.NIGHTSTICK JUSTICE "Mindless Violence" 7" $6.99 (Way Back When)

CHAINSAW TO FACE/BACKSLIDER "Split" 7" (Blast Cat) $3.99 PURPLE VINYL!
Chainsaw to the Face are back with a bass player in tow, and as an effect, their sound has morphed slightly into an uglier beast. All together, their side is thicker and bassier (even Dave's vocals) than on previous recordings. They still rule the speed department as expected. Backslider from PA play spastic, dizzying hardcore with lots of time changes and short sludgy parts, and goofy vocals.CIRCLE JERKS "Wonderful" LP (Porterhouse) $13.99 180 Gram Vinyl!
Wonderful, the fourth studio album from Circle Jerks, still reigns as one of the bandÕs most popular records. Veering in a more mid-tempo direction, the album was a change of pace from the bandÕs first records, which had a more hardcore punk rock sound. New members Zander Schloss and Keith Clark were added to the fold, making their debut as a hard-hitting rhythm section. The JerksÕ trademark sense of humor is still on display, as witnessed by one of the recordÕs most popular tracks, ÒAmerican Heavy Metal Weekend.Ó But the record also contains hard-hitting commentary topical in the Õ80s, like ÒMaking the BombsÓ and ÒKilling for Jesus.ÓDAYGLO ABORTIONS "Feed Us A Fetus" LP (God/Unrest) $14.25

This CD is a re-release of the original version from 1994. It contains 2 new bonus tracks with Final Conflict performing covers from the Damned, and the UK Subs.FLOWER LEPERDS "Original Group" LP (Mystic) $12.99
L.A. Punkers, musically they were like gothic hardcore with a bit of metal thrown in the mix. Perhaps like the bastard stepchild of The Misfits and 45 Grave. They existed in the early/mid 80s and it was around 1988 that Mystic Records collected all their recorded works onto an LP, titled The Original Group. The songs were remixed and sound a little different, though much cleaner than the versions on the 7" and compilations.GOVERNMENT ISSUE "Joy Ride" LP (Dr Strange) $10.99
Finally! An official repress of G.I.'s 1984 masterpiece ÒJoyrideÓ. Produced by Tom Lyle and Brian Baker, this is 12 songs of Government Issue in their prime. Rather than rummaging around under the sofa cushions for forgotten remnants, or swimming through the empties of the band's massive output, Taang went to the source for material for this best of collection, compiling four different records (all of which are out of print) onto one CD. You get forty songs featuring the material from the Learning to Scream 7-inch, along with the material from their Kings of Punk, Record Collectors Are Pretentious Assholes, and Pick Your King LPs. Packaged intensely with never released photos and all the lyrics to the songs within.THE MEATMEN "War Of The Superbikes" LP (DP) $13.25 CLEAR VINYL!
Originally released in 1985, The Meatmen's second album, "War Of The Superbikes," teamed the shameless and poignantly hysterical Tesco Vee with Minor Threat's legendary guitar duo, Brian Baker and Lyle Preslar, for one of the great summer albums of all time. The hardcore musicianship is superb, as are the timelessly vulgar lyrics. Much like the Beastie Boys' "Licensed To Ill" which came around two years later, one can't help but learn, know and sing all the hilarious lyrics to these incredibly catchy songs all summer long. 9 Songs.ZERO BOYS "History Of" LP (SC) $15.99
From 1979 into 1983, the Indianapolis based Zero Boys were the finest hardcore blitz in the Midwest if not all the lower 48 states. Proof is "Vicious Circle" and the two decades since of copyists, bootleggers, practitioners and reunion concert pogoers. Though before and after that LP's 1982 release they recorded the "Livin' In The '80s" 7", songs for three comps and released the post-mortem "History Of..." cassette revealing their transformation into a toured band warming to the metaphysical and their demise while still waving torches of rock 'n' roll panache. Those tracks not on the "Vicious Circle" LP all appear on this collection. Vinyl version includes a coupon that for a limited time allows you to download MP3 audio files of the recordings.V/A FLEX YOUR HEAD LP (Dischord) $11.49 RED VINYL!

EL DORADO And THE RUCKUS "Planet Of The Vampires II" CD (Bigfoot) $9.99
Memphis based El dorado del rey was the singer/guitarist for the ultra-raw, bluesy punk outfit known as the Porch Ghouls. Signed as the first act to Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry's fledgling label Roman Records via Columbia. They released their debut album bluff city ruckus in 2003. upon returning from a tour with Aerosmith and Kiss (an unlikely trek they managed to pull off with flying colors), the porch ghouls parted ways. Not content to sit idle, el dorado enlisted his buds the Immortal Lee County Killers to form a new band called Eldorado and The Ruckus. 14 Songs. LEGBONE "It Leads To Poverty" CD (Oink) A short, sharp blast of punk-powered rock and the group's strongest release yet captured the raw power and irreverence of the group's live show. Melodic Hardcore/Punk from Dayton, Ohio. 10 Songs.LOW THREAT PROFILE "S/T" 7" (Deep Six) $3.99
Frankly, the fact that this nasty little bastard features folks whoÕve served in Infest, No Comment and Lack Of Interest should be just about all you need to know. True to form, it ain't pretty Ð just brisk, furious, no-nonsense hardcore that comes out of nowhere to lay you flat like a knife-hand chop to the throat. If you have even the vaguest appreciation for the "No Man's Slave" LP or bands like Voorhees and Meat Locker then you need this in your life. It really is as simple as that. -Collective ZinePISSCHRIST "Nothing Has Changed" CD (Rice Cooker) $11.99

WEEKEND NACHOS "Unforgiveable" LP (Deep Six) $8.99 BLUE VINYL!
The 2nd full-length release from Chicago's Weekend Nachos. Unquestionably the hardest and heaviest album of theirs to date, "Unforgivable" reflects on some deeper and less specific topics while all focusing on the same common theme: pure hatred and disgust for anything and everything that has ever existed. This record is an absolute must for anyone ready to share some pain and rage to 23 minutes of the realest hardcore out there right now.***************RE-STOCKS***************

7-SECONDS "The Crew" LP (BYO) $9.48
7 Seconds exploded out of Sacramento with their debut full length release "The Crew" in 1984 with no expectation that it would go on to become one of the classic hardcore albums of our time and help to put BYO on the map.7-SECONDS "Walk Together, Rock Together" LP (BYO) $9.48
9 of these tracks were recorded in Washington DC at the infamous Inner Ear with Ian MacKaye. Released on a joint BYO/Positive Force EP in 1985. A great hardcore cover of "99 Red Balloons*", a pop hit by German singer Nena is a stand out. Some live tracks recorded at Fenders Ballroom in Long Beach were added & the full "Walk Together, Rock Together LP was first released in England.7-SECONDS "Old School" LP (Head Hunter) $10.97
Originally recorded in 1983 when they were still a 3-piece, the songs from this session were supposed to be put out as 7 Seconds' first LP, United We Stand, but for some reason that never happened and most of this stuff was left to collect dust until 1989. That's too bad because the songs on here are way better than any of the versions that were later re-recorded for The Crew LP. The songs sound way more pissed off (the cuss words that didn't appear on later versions of some of the songs help a little to fuel that opinion) and Kevin's guitar playing is just really intense sounding, complete with his own little thrown-in 2-second noodling licks on a few songs. These songs played way faster than the later versions. Three songs from this session were later released on the Blasts From The Past EP. This is the definitive 7 Seconds record, every songs on here is gem. -KFTH Site7-SECONDS/KILL YOUR IDOLS "Split" 7" (Side One Dummy) $4.82
Holy crap! It's two brand new songs from 7 Seconds and Kill Your Idols. This 7" is a teaser for their respective full lengths. Released in 2004'AGNOSTIC FRONT "United Blood" 7" (Bridge Nine) $5.91
One of the greatest genre-defining hardcore bands of all time, Agnostic Front, has changed the face of music throughout their 25-year-long career. Originally self-released in 1983, "United Blood" was Agnostic Front's first vinyl release limited to 1,000 copies. Finally, this release is coming back to life via Bridge Nine Records. 7" includes digital download.AGNOSTIC FRONT "Victim In Pain" LP (Bridge Nine) $12.25
Agnostic Front "Victim In Pain" 25th Anniversary LP re-issue... Embossed, gatefold LP jacket, printed dust sleeve (featuring the original 1984 release cover art), and the same handwritten lyrics / photo from the first pressing. Classic New York Hardcore. LP Includes digital download.ANS "Pressure Cracks" LP (Tank Crimes) $12.86
A.N.S. from Texas are one of the most killer punk/crossover bands out there. After 2 albums and a dozen or so splits and EP's, they've produced their most focused (and best) material to date on "Pressure Cracks" the 3rd album from this prolific hardcore band. The heaviest influences are common, but maybe A.N.S. grab from less obvious albums, combining here a killer blend of the "professional hardcore" of "Feel the Darkness" era Poison Idea, the drugged out heavy metal / classic rock influenced punk of "My War" and beyond Black Flag, plus the high energy crossover thrash of "Lights, Camera, Revolution" era Suicidal Tendencies. It's a serious crossover record, sharpened by countless tours over the past few years hitting Japan, Europe and US repeated and relentlessly with dates for more global shows well into next year being confirmed now. -TC SiteATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT "The Collection" CD (Taang) $13.83
Pioneering the crossover/thrash scene, Attitude Adjustment formed in 1985 in the Bay Area and spent their years playing alongside D.R.I., Suicidal Tendencies, Dr. Know, C.O.C, R.K.L., Death Angel and more, and put out three records, all of which are collected on this disc, including "American Paranoia" and "No More Mr. Nice Guy" that were both released on Pushead's Pusmort label and "Out Of Hand." All of these releases have been out of print for years and are highly sought-after. 41 Songs.BAD BRAINS "Black Dots" LP (Caroline) $14.34
By the early summer of 1979 the Bad Brains were already tearing up Washington D.C. They were armed with a tape they made at rehearsal, a real rugged thing, and were looking for people to play it to. The Slickee Boys heard it and suggested the band go out to record these songs at the fledgling Inner Ear Studios in Arlington, VA. The "Black Dots" LP is the band's first full length session of any kind in a recording studio. At that time Inner Ear was Don Zientara's basement. Don had a four track Teac 1/4" tape deck and a small drum booth to one side of the basement. Doc and Darryl set up in the main space while Earl somehow got himself into the "closet" with his drum kit. HR was in the backyard with the vocal mic (you can hear Don's son speaking to HR between tracks along with some crickets too) and Don was set up in the kitchen upstairs. This day everything was just right and the band played straight through their live set of that time including "Black Dots" and "Pay to Cum", songs that were just too fast to ever be performed live to the band's satisfaction. The set on this record represents all of the band's songs, their first month's output, starting with the first song the band ever wrote, "Don't Need It." As is true with all 4 track recordings some decisions were made "going to tape", most notable is the eerie reverb on the drums, and these choices are forever a part of the mix. -KFTH SiteBAIL OUT "Another One Bites The Dust" CD (Rosewater) $7.99

Dead Stop, Belgium's answer to Antidote and Negative Approach, play hardcore like it was meant to be. Hard, fast, furious. Members of Between The Lines & Building. 10 Songs.DIE KREUZEN "S/T" LP (Touch & Go) $18.33
This is hands-down the most underrated hardcore full-length ever. Perhaps the best Midwest hardcore LP (no, I'm not forgetting Negative Approach), Die Kreuzen's debut album is a total freak-out of fast, oddly arranged songs and maniacal vocals. With the exception of Siege, no US band has come close to the demented, raw ferocity of Dan Kubinski. He sounds like a demon from another planet (or at least Italy). The music has an edge to it to, at times riffing it up Minor Threat style, other times more choppy and bass-driven like the Necros, but often with a weird tempo or time-change. -KFTH SiteDIRECT CONTROL "Farewell" LP (Feral Ward) $15.49
Richmond, VA' Direct Control bid adieu to the world with "Farewell," one final parting shot that's packed with pure hardcore punk fury, played by gentlemen who have done time in bands like Government Warning, Career Suicide and even Municipal Waste. Over the past few years they have channeled the spirits of bands like Koro, Honor Role and the earliest of COC.DWARVES "Blood, Guts & Pussy" LP (Sub Pop) $11.44
Universally recognized as the group's high-water mark, this is a roller coaster ride of bad taste that holds nothing sacred. If you like your punk fast, rude, raucous, drug induced, and dirty this still may be too much for you. Also recommended for fans of album art depicting nude women and midgets covered in blood. 15 Songs.INSTED "Live At CBGB" LP (Live Wire) $11.64 BLUE VINYL
After breaking up in 1991 Insted returned in the Summer of 2004 to play five reunion shows in celebration of their discography CD which was released on Indecision Records. Three shows on the East Coast, and two on the West Coast. On June 27th, 2004 Insted played the legendary CBGB in New York City and the show was recorded and documented for this release. 18 songs filled with energy and positivity.KNIFE FIGHT "Crisis" LP (Lengua Armada) $11.98
Crisis is the final recording by these Southern California legends featuring 10 more songs of their signature style of hardcore. It's loud, fast and it rules! Recommended if you like hardcore, punk or power-violence. 10 Songs.LOOK BACK AND LALUGH "S/T" (LBAL) $10.09
Look Back And Laugh features members of Yaphet Kotto and Dead And Gone, but they don't sound anything like either band really. Instead they are going with a rough and tumble early '80s hardcore sound. Well done and what you would expect from seasoned hardcore musicians.MARGINAL MAN "Identity" LP (Dischord) $10.30
Marginal Man was one of the first of the DC hardcore bands to feature two guitars and was first introduced to the DC crowds at the "555" concert at the 9:30 club on Jan. 2, 1983. The show was billed as "555" because not only was Marginal Man a five-piece, but both Minor Threat and Faith had recently added second guitars to their line-ups, and this was a coming out party of sorts for all three. There was a massive turn-out and tickets sold out almost immediately, so a second show was added to accommodate the crowds. This surprised almost everyone and made it clear for the first time that local bands were beginning to draw a lot more attention than many touring acts coming to Washington. Other than Minor Threat, Government Issue, and Scream, Marginal Man was one of the few early DC punk bands to get out and tour the country. They released their first LP, "Identity" on Dischord in March 1984 and later released albums on Enigma and Giant Records before breaking up in 1988. -Dischord SiteNEVER ENOUGH "Our Will Be Done" 7" $3.99
Baltimore, MD's Never Enough deliver six songs of modern, literate hardcore with an unforgiving nihilist attitude. Fast, heavy, and pissed off, while steering clear of the typical cliched lyrics about back stabbing friends and bridges burned.NEVER ENOUGH/SOLID GROUND "Split" 7" (Vendetta) $3.99
Never Enough offer up two raging tracks from their demo. Solid Ground are a Swiss hardcore band that take no prisoners! NO REPLY "S/T" 7" (Mankind) $4.22 The debut EP from this now defunct Southern California hardcore band. No Reply led the pack in the "bandana thrash"/"skate punk" revival of the late '90s along with their brother band Lifes Halt. Throw in new artwork and you've got a brand new classic ready to be eaten up by the masses. 16 Songs.THE VANDALS "Peace Thru Vandalism" LP/Picture Disc (Chi-Chom) $14.34
As poster boys of the original Huntington Beach, CA punk rock scene in the very early '80s, The Vandals debut release provided the soundtrack for an era of mayhem and mindless rebellion for tens of thousands of bored teenagers from the suburbs to the hood. It started with "Urban Struggle" going from Rodney Bingenheimer's Top 10 to #1 on KROQ's mainstream playlist in L.A. When The Vandals performed "The Legend Of Pat Brown" in Roger Corman's 1983 classic film, "Suburbia," the EP became a must have for punks all over the world.THE VANDALS "When In Rome Do As The Vandals" LP (Chi-Chom) $14.34
This is the miraculous follow-up to the classic EP "Peace Thru Vandalism." We call it miraculous because after achieving the impossible by making their first EP on Epitaph Records into a radio smash, they defied all odds by doing the exact same thing, but even bigger, on their second try with "Lady Killer" climbing to the top of the alternative radio charts and actually finishing higher than songs like Billy Idol's "Rebel Yell" on KROQ's top 106 songs for 1984. Produced by Thom Wilson (TSOL, Adolescents, Offspring).UNSEEN FORCE "In Search Of The Truth" LP (No Way) $9.28

It came out of nowhere in 1982, this punk rock/hardcore fireball with the bright yellow sleeve. In one sense, The Zero Boys' Vicious Circle was yet another example of how U.S. punk seemed to peak coast to coast that year. But unlike most coastal punk, the Zero Boys were pointing the way to a scene that could accommodate heaping helpings of melody, intelligence, and rock 'n' roll, not just turbo-charged ferocity. Vinyl version contains a coupon that for a limited time allows you to download MP3 audio files of the recordings.V/A NARDCORE Compilation LP (Mystic) $14.34 WHITE VINYL
